About me
My name is Guillaume Nourry and I am the founder of Test Radon Québec. A native of the Sorel-Tracy region, I am a chemist by training, a member of the Ordre des chimistes du Québec, and a C-NRPP certified expert in radon measurement. After more than 10 years of experience in quality control, technical management, and continuous improvement across various industrial sectors, I decided to put this expertise to work for a concrete, meaningful project aligned with my values.
My background has led me to work in both laboratories and project management, primarily in the fields of materials, polymers, and environmental sciences. Over time, I developed a strong interest in science communication as well as issues related to quality of life and health in our living environments.
The idea for Test Radon Québec began to take shape as I discovered the scale of radon-related challenges in Quebec. Despite well-documented risks, the subject remains largely unrecognized by the general public, and many homeowners do not know when, why, or how to test.
Through Test Radon Québec, my goal is to offer a reliable, accessible, and easy-to-understand radon measurement service. The approach I strive to develop is based just as much on the quality of measurements as it is on the clarity of explanations and the support provided to clients, fostering informed decisions tailored to their reality.
